As a community bookstore we like to share our space for our patrons and friends events.. We do have some reasonable criteria that we ask of our event planners.
1. We require at least a 1 month notice for most events espoecially weekends This allows us to plan better. If there is advertising and opprtunities to create more interest time is very helpful.
2.There is a non-refundable deposit of $35 to book the event. This deposit will be applied to any arrangement we make.. (Our event area is available for most events, 10 people or less for $20 per hour.
3. No outside food or drinks can be brought into the store without a prior agrrement with us.
4. During your event it is likely the store will be open and there needs to be consideration for other customers .
